Social Media & Real Estate

Is social media responsible for driving new clients for Real Estate agents? From what I can tell – not really.

While there are a number of realtors who have gone huge and likely get a number of leads from their pages, I’m not sure I will be getting to said point. It would be awesome, but I would rather continue becoming an expert in Real Estate than TikTok or Instagram. Partly, because I know I can. Plus, it will be way easier to head down that route for me.

“Having a presence on social media is as important today as having a business card was in the past.” - Brian Buffini

What I do want to do for you is stay connected. Bring in helpful and viable information. Keep you updated on the market, market conditions, new offerings, and what it all means – whatever that may be for you.

Plus - I want (and need) to stay relevant. I want to stay at the forefront of your mind. This is my job, my career, and I want to use every tool not only to help you get the first deal, but to connect with you in the first place so we can have a change to make magic happen.

In the same way I am constantly up skilling through coaching, podcasts, books, conferences, and pure hard work, I listed to these influences on me so I can be better for you.

“I’m not predicting TikTok. It has 1.5 million downloads. F*ck.” - Gary Vaynerchuk (The GaryVee Audio Experience)

I have loved ever client I’ve been able to help, and so much of the information used to give a client the best experience can be transferred among others. Now, I want to help you in any way I can.

So – drop a follow. Instagram & TikTok – with my growth aspirations set on Youtube. @StrykerSellsHomes
